The 11th annual Take Charge Riverina Youth Leadership Forum will take place on Wednesday 26th March 2025.

The Take Charge Riverina Youth Leadership Forum focuses on providing young people with the tools required to have a stronger voice in society, take up leadership roles, and inspire them to be more involved in their local community.  Over the Forum’s 11-year history a diverse range of speakers has been showcased.  Inspirational young people that have done and are doing amazing things both within their local community and further afield address the Forums.  The presentations are intended to provide real-life examples of the ways in which young people can change the world they live in.

The Take Charge Riverina Youth Leadership Forum engages with over 150 students aged 14-18 from the following Local Government Areas: Bland, Coolamon, Cootamundra-Gundagai, Greater Hume, Junee, Lockhart, Temora, and Wagga Wagga City Council.

The 2025 Take Charge Riverina Youth Leadership Forum will be facilitated by Burn Bright. Burn Bright is a not-for-profit organisation that delivers meaningful and dynamic student leadership and wellbeing programs and camps Australia-wide.

About BURN BRIGHT

We are a leading provider of experiential programs proven to increase student leadership and wellbeing.

For Australia’s young people, happiness, life satisfaction and optimism have been decreasing over the last five years. Half of our young people don’t feel hopeful for the future and 40% feel unhappy with their life as a whole.

Burn Bright exists to help Australia’s young people flourish and understand that they can make a difference in the world . By equipping them with the ability to support their wellbeing and build positive relationships, we help them to help them to become active participants, creating positive impact on the world and those around them.
